What Axiom expects from our consultant candidates:

• Self-directed and self-motivated with excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Four year degree in finance/accounting or information technology; or related experience
• Desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Team members will become experts in:

• Performance Management best practices
• Software implementation and project management
• Database design including Microsoft SQL programming expertise
• Excel proficiency and modeling techniques including Visual Basic programming

Most consulting work is performed at the Axiom Group office.
Consultants should expect up to 30% out of office travel.
